| Remote Support | Remote residential support is offered through the CrossLoop service which requires the client to install a small program (2.5MB download) so that the author can connect to the client's PC. This program is available for download from the CrossLoop website at http://crossloop.com/. The author's profile on CrossLoop is at http://crossloop.com/PeterFowler. As detailed on the author's CrossLoop profile, the hourly rate for remote support is $35 per hour with a minimum of $20 for the first 20 minutes. |

The author offers residential on site PC Repairs and Home
Network Support in the Sydney Metro area. Standard hourly rate is $35 per
hour where the total hours includes travelling time from Cherrybrook to
site and back to Cherrybrook. A minimum charge of one (1) hour applies.
On site PC Repairs and Home Network Support is on the basis of "no fix - no (labour) cost", however, travelling time will be charged at the standard hourly rate. Please contact the author via email or phone if you would like a quote for the work required and/or likely travelling times. |
| Backups & Critical Maintenance | The author offers a fixed price Data Backups and Critical Maintenance Service in certain postcode areas of Metropolitan Sydney. Details of this service are outlined here. The cost of the service is $75 for one PC and $20 for each additional PC at the same site. |
