| Remote Support | For simple problems the author offers remote residential support using the telephone and a program called TeamViewer. The client needs to download and install the small TeamViewer program (3.2MB download) so that the author can remotely connect to the client's PC. This program is free for personal use and can be downloaded from the TeamViewer website at http://www.teamviewer.com/. |

The author offers residential on site PC Repairs and Home
Network Support in the Sydney Metro area. Standard hourly rate is $40 per
hour where the total hours includes travelling time from Cherrybrook to
site and back to Cherrybrook. A minimum charge of one (1) hour applies.
On site PC Repairs and Home Network Support is on the basis of "no fix - no (labour) cost", however, travelling time will be charged at the standard hourly rate. Please contact the author via email or phone if you would like a quote for the work required and/or likely travelling times. Your PC Repair & Support Request will be logged immediately onto the author's Job List. |
