Windows 7 and Office Updates By default Windows 7 will be set to get Windows Updates automatically when connected to the Internet. On a new Windows 7 laptop with MS Office 2010 I noticed that it was not automatically getting updates to MS Office. These updates need to be requested on Control Panel --> Windows Update screen. If you have MS Office on a Windows 7 PC you might check if you are receiving Updates to both Windows 7 and MS Office. View the Update History and check that there are updates to MS Office application listed. |
