| Introduction |
This website has been created by the author
in the hope that it provides some interesting and useful information enabling home PC users
get more fun out of their PC investment. It is regularly updated and new
information is being added frequently. The website is arranged in three main sections, Information, Software and Tutorials. Each section within these three general areas can be reached by clicking on the links to the left of this text. The top banner always contains tabs to the Home Page, Resources, Support and Disclaimer. |
| Information | This is a collection of (hopefully) useful information divided into three sections, News, Articles and Links. The contents of these individual sections is self evident but please got to the Resources page for more details. |
| Software | This is a collection of my favourite free (or cheap) software that can be downloaded from the Internet. Much of this software is regularly published by PC Magazines on their free CDs and DVDs. The listed software is broken up into four sections, Applications, Utilities, Diagnostic and Security. Each entry in the collection has a short description, the vendor's website address, relevant operating systems and cost (if any). Please go to the Resources page for more details. |
| Tutorials | This is a collection of tutorials on some of the common tasks that need to be performed. The tutorials are listed in three sections, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. The tutorials are short 'movies' with a sound commentary that lead you through a specific task. Please go to the Resources page for more details. |
| Support | The author offers residential PC Repairs and Home Network Support both remotely and on site. Hourly rates and all contact details are shown on the Support page. |
