Network Support and the Data Backups and Critical Maintenance Service are
provided subject to the following Terms & Conditions. The client agrees
to clauses 1, 2 and 3 below: 1. Whilst all due care will be taken in providing the above services, the author cannot be held responsible for any damage to the PC(s) or for the loss of any personal data resident on the PC(s) caused directly or indirectly by the provision of these services. 2. In the case of PC Repairs and Home Network Support, the client accepts responsibility to ensure that adequate backups have already been made of all personal data resident on the PC(s). 3. In the case of PC Repairs and Home Network Support, the author provides no specific warranty period for the work carried out but will rectify any issues deemed to have been caused by the work. |
